Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. If you love great hospitality, you’ll lead a section during service and share expert knowledge of our seafood-focused menus.

You’ll deliver relaxed dining experiences, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service. This role offers training, progression opportunities, staff meals, and generous discounts within the group.
