Overview

WAITER. Conscious & creative dining in the heart of Wood Wharf from the trio behind Fallow restaurant. Roe is named after native deer of the British Isles and follows the same nose-to-tail and root-to-stem ethos as its sister restaurant, Fallow St James’s. The extensive a la carte menu is divided into nibbles and flatbreads, skewers, and grilled options, with larger plates and sides also available. Roe champions modest, British ingredients and showcases underused and underappreciated produce.

As a Waiter at Roe, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, deep menu knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide warm, professional, and attentive service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Guide guests through the food and drink menus, offering knowledgeable recommendations and pairings.
  • Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
