Job summary

Audley Villages is seeking a courteous Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury retirement village restaurant and bistro. You will welcome owners and external guests, take reservations, seat guests, and advise on the menu while delivering warm, seamless service.

You will assist with guest suites, monitor stock, help set up events, keep spaces clean, and promote the village’s dining, spa, and member benefits. If you are self-motivated, with excellent communication and a can-do attitude, we would like

• Previous hospitality experience and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations and seat guests, advising on the menu.
• Serve afternoon tea and meals with warm, seamless service.
• Promote the village and our luxury spa to guests and owners.
• Assist with guest suites and respond to owners’ enquiries.
• Help with stock monitoring and event setup.
• Maintain a scrupulously clean environment.

The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, the village has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites. Audley villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private homes but also hosts external customers. Whether you're taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, or sharing a joke with regulars, you'll deliver an exceptional service. You'll also help service our guest suites, answer owners' enquiries, keep an eye on stock levels, help set up for special events, and keep everywhere looking scrupulously clean.

• Previous experience in hospitality and handling cash (preferably).
