Job summary

Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire is seeking an ambitious Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team across The Living Room, Library and Terrace. Deliver a warm, memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of service, presentation and guest care.

OTE £33,560 p.a. (base £27,560 plus about £6,000 in gratuities). Role paid hourly at £13.25. Perks include staff rates, biannual socials, uniform care, on-site seamstress and wellbeing benefits.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an ambitious Waiter to join our wonderful team based in The Living Room, Library and Terrace.

The on target earning potential for this Waiter role is £33,560 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £27,560, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £13.25 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

• As a Waiter, you’ll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits The Living Room.


• Your main focus will be serving food and beverages throughout the day—covering morning and evening services—with a commitment to excellence.


• You’ll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.


• Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere.


• Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance will be key, particularly during our busy lunch and dinner periods.


• Additionally, your skills in up selling and encouraging your teammates will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro‑ratio basis regardless of your role.


• It is estimated that in 2026, our full‑time employees can expect to receive in the range of £6,000 in addition to their annual salary.
