What you'll do

• You will be responsible for delivering the ultimate five‑star experience, ensuring that all guest needs are fulfilled during their stay. This includes supporting supervisors in running a station, greeting guests, and demonstrating menu knowledge to provide the best experience.
• You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and any challenges that may arise during the day.
