What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for providing knowledgeable menu advice and take guest order, attending to guest needs whilst actively upselling, track and ensure timely delivery from order to service. This will include preparing cocktails and drinks with accuracy and flair for both the bar counter and the room, entertaining guests and providing seamless service all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions, drink preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Bartender.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Bartender, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
