Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a Chef de Partie to join Llama Inn at The Hoxton, Shoreditch. You will lead a section and contribute to a vibrant, Peruvian-inspired kitchen in a busy hotel dining program.

You will develop talent, ensure smooth service, and work with the Head Chef to keep menus fresh and exciting in an environment that values creativity and collaboration.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the Llama Inn team, based at at The Hoxton, Shoreditch – our first hotel – found its home in a former car park, and just like the neighbourhood, has evolved over the years into a fixture of the East London scene. Shoreditch has become one of the most happening areas of London, and we’re bang in the middle of it, with 210 bedrooms, the Apartment, and two in-house restaurants – Bambini and Llama Inn.

Llama Inn: A freewheeling, modern approach to Peruvian cooking, with an exciting menu of ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wine and standout cocktails at our rooftop Peruvian restaurant in Shoreditch.

Job Description

What you'll do...

• Produce delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options for our guests by running a section in our busy kitchen
• Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves
• Make sure things are running without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth as chipotle butter, and our food hygiene standards are sky-high
• Work with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where we’re always looking to make the best food out there
