Job summary

The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush in London is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team and help ensure a seamless guest experience overnight.

You will manage late-night guest interactions, ensure accurate billing, and collaborate with all departments to maintain smooth operations. Training and development are provided within the Ennismore family.

Qualifications

• Attitude and helpfulness are essential; night shift requires composure.
• Hotel or similar experience is welcome but not required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest experience at night and attend to requests.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and bill accuracy with no surprises.
• Coordinate with other teams and assist the Night Manager for overbookings.
• Answer phones and route guest requests efficiently.

We are looking for a confident Night Auditorto join us at The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush.

Our fourth London Hoxton is located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in the beating heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food. Featuring a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, 237 bedrooms of different sizes, as well as a central wraparound bar and terrace, The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is perfectly located for exploring West London.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• You make sure our guest experience never flags, even at night! Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Night Manager with any overbooking levels
• Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise time, involving the team as needed - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

• It's all about attitude for us, someone who enjoys being helpful to others and isn't easily flustered - there's a smaller team working at night so confidence and knowing how to work things out by yourself are key
• Previous hotel (or similar) experience is great, but it's not a must-have for us - if you're eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know
