Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’ that brings people together with plenty to say and nothing to prove. We are a new school club (no rules) with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

What you will do

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating exceptional dining experiences for members and guests
• Presenting menus and providing allergen information
• Preparing service mise en place in advance
• Collaborating with colleagues on daily specials and service details
• Supporting and training new team members
• Upselling subtly and conversationally
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of dishes and utensils
• Presenting bills and processing payments
• Maintaining a tidy dining area and timely removal of used items
• Making empowered decisions to enhance member experience and resolve complaints
• Following all health and safety procedures
