About Park Hyatt London River Thames

Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet guests and serve food and beverages according to standard operating procedures.
2. Provide personalised recommendations and guidance to guests on wine selection, wine tasting experiences and non-wine products, ensuring an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
3. Participate in regular training to keep up to date with the food and beverage list.
4. Receive and store wine bottles according to the bin number system.

About You

We are seeking a versatile individual capable of multitasking and adapting to perform the duties of both Junior Sommelier and Server. A WSET Level 2 certification is beneficial, and experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel is highly desirable.
