We are recruiting for a Meetings and Events Waiter/ ess to join our Meetings & Events Operations Team at The May Fair Hotel. Please note that this role as available on a zero hours basis at the current time.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join the M & E Operations Team at The May Fair Hotel.
• As a Meetings and Events Waiter you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth service for the event / tables you are allocated to.
• You will ensure that guests are service quickly and efficiently and that if serving a banquet, plats are laid down elegantly in front of guests.
• You will ensure the private functions are et up professionally and that all food is presented as per brand standards.
• You will ensure the tables are cleared promptly for the next course if applicable and that the tables you are responsible for are kept tidy.
• You will listen to any feedback or complaints received from guests and pass this on to the relevant person.

About You

• Previous experience of working in meetings and events operations ideally within a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• An impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
• Understands the value of teamwork and works well with others.
