Gilpin Spice, the celebrated restaurant within Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, seeks a charismatic Waiter to join our award-winning team. You’ll be the face of the dining experience, delivering hospitality with warmth, flair, and precision in a fast-paced, fine dining setting inspired by global spice traditions.

As part of a luxury establishment, you’ll guide guests through our menu, work closely with chefs, maintain impeccable etiquette, and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Gilpin Spice is a bold, beautiful, and buzzing restaurant inspired by the flavours of the Spice Trail – from India to Malaysia, Thailand to Japan. Set within the stunning grounds of Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, our Michelin recommended open-kitchen theatre and vibrant interiors create a truly immersive dining experience.

Salary: from £26,624 to £28,704

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being £234 to £351 per month.
