JCT600 TPS in Sheffield South (Chesterfield/Barnsley) is seeking a Parts Sales Executive to provide expert advice on genuine Volkswagen Group parts and manage trade and retail customer inquiries. The role emphasizes building strong relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using computer systems
• A full, clean UK driving licence is preferable

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and recommendations to trade and retail customers on genuine Volkswagen Group parts
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone, and via email
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat sales opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional service
