Job summary

TPS is seeking a Parts Sales Executive in Hessle, UK. You will work with the Sales Manager to deliver the Centre's sales objectives and provide expert product advice on Genuine Parts for Volkswagen Group vehicles.

You will identify parts, respond to enquiries, and build strong relationships with trade customers, delivering excellent service and accurate order processing. Telesales and field visits form part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Confident communicator with experience in fast-paced telesales.
• Strong customer service focus and IT literacy (MS Excel).

Responsibilities

• Hit personal KPI and revenue targets with target customers.
• Identify parts to meet customer needs.
• Use promotions to hit targets.
• Build strong relationships via phone and visits.
• Provide high level of service and expert advice.
• Handle enquiries and process orders promptly.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
