TPS, part of the Volkswagen Group, seeks a Parts Sales Executive in Canterbury to work with the Sales Manager to deliver the Centre's sales plan and objectives. You will identify parts to meet customer requirements, utilise promotions, and build strong relationships with customers through phone and face-to-face visits.

You will maintain product knowledge, deliver excellent service, manage credit status communications, and support the Centre team to achieve targets.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in building strong relationships and meeting sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Confident, capable communicator with verbal and written skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• A team player with drive to hit weekly and monthly targets.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve personal KPI's and revenue objectives with target customers.
• Identify parts to meet customer requirements and use promotions effectively.
• Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within customer base.
• Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
• Build strong working relationships with customers through calls and visits.
• Provide a high level of service by understanding requirements and progressing orders.
• Provide timely communication on credit status and orders.
• Assist TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Work with Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and a joined-up approach.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries within KPI targets.
• Ensure proper use of systems to search and order parts and complete documentation.
• Process cash and credit card transactions per TPS guidelines.
