Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Transactor in the Trade & Working Capital group to design and execute tailored financial structures that improve clients' working capital globally.

In the Structured Working Capital team you will structure, execute and manage receivables and inventory finance transactions with clients. Responsibilities include partnering with sales, finance and risk teams, preparing cash flow and stress test analyses, leading credit discussions and negotiating legal documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring and executing structured receivables and inventory finance transactions.
• Ability to analyze cash flow models and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with cross-border financing considerations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking teams to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions to enhance working capital position for clients within specific sectors
• Partner with finance, product, and risk functional colleagues to ensure seamless product delivery for structures which can be adapted to meet bespoke customer needs
• Pitch, structure and execute transactions bringing innovative solutions to complex problems
• Prepare and review data analysis including cash flow models, stress test models and other analytical tools
• Manage aspects of transaction execution including socializing with internal partners, preparing credit analysis and approval materials, leading approval discussions, guiding operational processes, and negotiating legal documentation
• Understand and assess competition, capital markets, accounting, macroeconomic and regulatory dynamics
