Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Transactor in the Trade & Working Capital division to structure and manage receivables and inventory finance transactions for clients worldwide. You will work with Sales, Finance, Legal and Risk to tailor off-balance sheet solutions and enhance working capital efficiency.

You will analyze cash flows, build models, and help execute transactions across diverse sectors, contributing to innovative financing and global client coverage.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of structuring and transaction with strong corporate finance understanding.
• Experience in credit risk management and/or structured products.
• Knowledge of alternative financing structures for receivables, including securitization and bilateral programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking to design off-balance sheet working capital solutions.
• Work with finance, product, legal and risk teams to delivery bespoke structures.
• Pitch, structure and execute transactions with innovative solutions.
• Prepare cash flow models and stress tests.
• Lead credit analysis, approvals and documentation in transactional workflows.
• Assess competition, markets, accounting and regulatory dynamics.
