Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a Data Risk and Governance Analyst to support enterprise data governance standards, monitor compliance metrics, and translate policy into practical processes. You will collaborate with business and technology partners to keep data risk management consistent and effective across the organization.

Key responsibilities include oversight of data-related issues, coordinating with risk and controls teams, and contributing to enterprise data governance strategy, taxonomy

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Clear and confident communication with colleagues at different levels of the organization.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze data-related issues, track ownership and target dates, and report on metrics.
• Provide inputs to In Business Risk and Controls monthly materials with Technology and Business Enablement Risk and Controls teams.
• Be the point of contact on data risk topics with 2nd/3rd line of defense and coordinate with regional CDO teams.
• Provide regional expertise on data control framework design, effectiveness, and monitoring.
