Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory change management frameworks, particularly EMIR and SFTR.
• Proven programme delivery experience in regulatory contexts.
• Ability to translate regulatory text into actionable business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Compliance on regulatory interpretation for EMEA, including cross-regional impacts.
• Perform gap analyses comparing current reporting with post-change requirements.
• Lead root-cause analyses for regulatory breaches and drive remediation with tech teams.
• Oversee UAT, post-release checks, and regional sign-offs for regulatory changes.
• Lead governance activities and manage new regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with stakeholders to align on regulatory objectives and audit readiness.
