Job summary

Nomura in London is seeking a Regulatory Liquidity Reporting Controller to manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly regulatory submissions for the European consolidation group, including Nomura International plc. The role sits in the Treasury/Regulatory Liquidity Reporting area and involves close coordination with teams in London, Mumbai and Tokyo.

The successful candidate will possess deep liquidity reporting experience within investment banking, strong knowledge of PRA and EBA regulations,

Qualifications

Extensive liquidity reporting experience within investment banking.
Detailed knowledge of PRA / EBA liquidity reporting.
Experience with EBA/PRA submissions and XBRL.
Ability to interpret regulations and provide MI.
Strong IT literacy and numerical skills.
Experience with regulatory reporting software (AXIOM).

Responsibilities

Validate and submit PRA, EBA, JFSA returns daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Manage the weekly PRA110 review and submission.
Support the Mumbai team in regulatory liquidity metrics.
Explain variances and trends through liquidity MI.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT system improvements.
Maintain the end-to-end governance framework for Regulatory Liquidity Reporting.
Assist in building new MI and controls for timeliness and accuracy.
Support interpretation of PRA, EBA and JFSA liquidity regulations with Regulatory Policy.
Act as a liaison between Regulatory Reporting, Treasury Liquidity Management, Change/IT.
