Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London seeks a client-facing Vice President to lead product excellence and coaching across enterprise teams and client engagements. You will guide product transformation, AI enablement, and value-driven planning to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor Product Managers and Product Owners, align stakeholders, and drive evidence-based decision-making in collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Coaching, Operations, Transformation or related leadership roles.
• Experience building product capabilities across multiple teams or clients.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, experimentation, and value measurement.
• Familiarity with Product Operating Model and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coach product teams toward outcome-driven management across client engagements.
• Partner with PMs, POs, Engineering and Design to define outcomes and success metrics.
• Strengthen product discovery, hypothesis development, experimentation and user feedback.
• Improve product operating model maturity aligning strategy, execution and measurement.
• Facilitate strategic prioritization and roadmap development with trade-off analysis.
• Use data and metrics to validate investments and improve outcomes.
• Develop PM capabilities in strategy, discovery, value measurement, and planning.
• Contribute to product standards, playbooks and best practices.
• Lead AI-enabled product workflows and governance across teams.
