Responsibilities

• Design and improve end-to-end operational journeys across retail banking products using BPMN 2.0.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Controls, Compliance, and Legal to align on requirements and timelines.
• Lead delivery of process engineering workstreams, plan work, manage dependencies, drive decisions in an agile environment.
• Embed risk and controls into process designs by identifying risks early and ensuring controls are built in.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, root cause investigation, and feedback loops.
