Job summary

OneAdvanced Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a VP Platform Architecture & Engineering to unite enterprise architecture with AI-native platform delivery, driving 6x delivery velocity and Time to First Value. You will architect AI-first target-state and build the OneStack SDLC while ensuring GDPR and ISO compliance, leading with guardrails and scalable, secure platform services.

You will mentor teams, shape the platform strategy, and accelerate enterprise-wide value through self-service

Responsibilities

• Architecture Strategy & Blueprinting: Define AI-first target architecture and coherent infrastructure/ data/platform/product architectures.
• 6x Delivery Performance: Architect modular patterns enabling faster product dev cycles.
• Commercial Delivery Support: Align speed-to-market with platform-native evolution.
• Technical Debt Rationalisation: Own debt inventory and modernization roadmap to maximize EBITDA.
• Platform Services Delivery & Growth Acceleration: Design and deploy core platform fabric and self-service products.
• Time to First Value (TTFV): Build automated provisioning and graduation services to enrol revenue quickly.
• COGS & Scale Efficiency: Drive platform services that reduce unit costs via automation.
• Intelligent Data Architecture & Regulatory Sovereignty: Design data infra unlocking AI-native services and ensure GDPR/ISO compliance.
• Data Strategy for Innovation: Lead enterprise data architecture for AI-native services and orchestration at scale.
• EU/UK Regulatory Compliance: Architect data flows to ensure GDPR and ISO compliance.
• Privacy by Design: Embed automated redaction and guardrails in data services and AI gateways.
• Compliance Orchestration: Enforce GDPR and ISO controls in delivery pipelines with real-time governance gates.
• OneStack Agentic SDLC & Engineering Acceleration: Deliver SDLC with AI agents to automate testing/deployments.
• 6x Performance Multiplier: Elevate engineering to achieve 6x improvement in performance and quality.
• Role-Modelling Quality: Set enterprise standard for engineering excellence through agentic workflows.
• Zero-Ops by Design: Build self-healing platform services with policy-driven AI orchestration.
