Job summary

Allstate NI is seeking a Platform Consultant to shape enterprise-scale platform design across AI, data, and tooling. You will lead architecture decisions, ensure interoperability, and minimize fragmentation with a focus on reusable, governed paving roads.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership across ACP, SD&O, and T&P, with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable cloud-native microservices and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

5+ years software engineering experience in multiple programming paradigms.
Experience architecting and delivering large scale distributed systems (cloud native microservices).
Proven leadership as a technical advisor across multiple engineering teams.
Expert level Agile/XP and DevOps practices, including TDD and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Define architecture patterns across AI, data, and tooling.
Establish APIs, data models, security controls, and observability requirements.
