Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Advisor - Vice President to lead the HR Analytics Advisor Practice.

You will build and lead a global team of data analysts and storytellers who partner with HR executives and business leaders to embed analytics into workforce decisions. You will drive data-driven outcomes across performance, risk, and talent growth, developing executive-ready narratives and self-service capabilities while collaborating with AI, Data Science, and Chief Data

• Proven ability to build and scale high‑performing, global advisory teams.
• Strong track record of engaging senior executives through analytics and storytelling.
• Bridges business strategy with data science, reporting, and insights.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a team of HR Analytics Advisors serving as embedded partners to lines of business and HR functions.
• Establish the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives including HR heads, line leaders, CFOs, COOs, and strategy leads.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities with action plans.
• Provide responsive data-driven insights to address ad-hoc questions and strategic workforce inquiries.
• Deliver deep insights aligned to HR processes like performance reviews, succession planning, and talent allocation.
• Partner with HR executives to contextualize data within business strategies and priorities.
• Develop executive-ready presentations to articulate complex insights clearly and persuasively.
• Deliver high-quality analytics and storytelling that drives action.
• Collaborate with BI to automate recurring reporting and enhance self-service capabilities.
• Work with AI & Data Science to shape predictive models and derivative features.
• Ensure high-quality source data and governance with the Chief Data Office.
