Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OTC derivatives, structured products, and other complex instruments.
• Proven experience in product management, including strategy development, delivery, and client implementations.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle management, financial systems architecture, and operational workflows.
• Expertise in global regulatory frameworks affecting financial instruments (UMR, EMIR, Dodd-Frank).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and leading iterative development cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Market Insights: research market trends and lead client sessions to shape opportunities.
• Product Development and Delivery: manage end-to-end lifecycle, business cases, ROI, and integration with IT.
• Client Implementation and Standardization: support client implementations and develop standardized processes.
• Operational and Technical Oversight: improve redundancy and regulatory-aligned features.
