Job summary

State Street Alpha is seeking a Product Lead to define strategy and drive the development and delivery of OTC derivatives and complex instruments. You will lead market insights, partner with architecture and development teams, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and client needs.

You will collaborate across engineering, client success, sales, and operations while mentoring junior team members and representing the product team in executive discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, strategy development, and client implementations.
• Strong understanding of front‑to‑back trade lifecycle and operational workflows.
• Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (UMR, EMIR, Dodd‑Frank).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with financial services technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and market insights for OTC derivatives and complex instruments.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Embed Agile practices and coordinate with IT and business teams for seamless execution.
• Drive client implementations and establish cross‑client standards and best practices.
