Job summary

State Street is seeking a Markets Product Manager (Assistant Vice President) to own the design and delivery of product capability, trading workflows and infrastructure across FX, FX Options, Futures and Interest Rate Derivatives for our Markets FX teams globally.

You will partner with Sales, Trading and eFX, along with Technology, Operations, Finance and Risk, to translate strategy into production-ready products and drive initiatives from concept to delivery while aligning with regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product roles (PM/PO/BA).
• Subject matter expertise in trading and capital markets (FX, Rates).
• Experience delivering multiple projects in complex organizations.
• Ability to influence across levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify products, trading infrastructure and operating models.
• Define product features and develop workflows, visual artifacts and owners.
• Work with technology to deliver solutions that meet product requirements.
• Understand the full trading life cycle and business priorities.
• Communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
