Job summary

BNY seeks a Vice President, OPS Administration and Planning in Manchester to drive strategic initiatives within Wealth Services Operations. You will define scope, governance, and cross‑functional engagement across major programs while ensuring alignment with risk, regulatory, and business objectives.

The role requires extensive project and program management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, operations, or related field.
• Strong project and program management experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to prepare executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives for Wealth Services Operations with governance and scope.
• Oversee complex programs including policy, standards, processes, and cross‑functional projects.
• Analyze status, risk, and financial impact during PI Planning cycles and manage the WSO Book of work.
• Collaborate with senior management to review criteria for new client and market offerings.
• Develop executive communications and briefing materials to support decision‑making.
