Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering to lead the technology strategy, engineering delivery, and modernization of Asset Management Solutions. The role manages about 60–70 engineers while remaining hands-on in architecture and delivery decisions.

You will drive AI-enabled tooling, transform legacy systems, and align the technology roadmap with evolving buy-side market needs and client expectations. Strong executive communication and change leadership are essential.

• Deep experience in Buy Side OMS and Asset Management.
• Proven leadership of large software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 60–70 engineers, managers, and tech leads.
• Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap.
• Modernize legacy applications and migrate to an integrated platform.
• Oversee architecture, platform strategy, scalability, security, and performance.
• Partner with product, business, operations to align with client needs.
• Drive AI adoption across the SDLC and operations.
• Establish Agile practices, quality, testing, releases, and observability.
• Lead organizational change with a clear, shared vision.
• Recruit and retain engineering talent and foster ownership.
