Job Title: VP of Growth and Strategy (Retail Tech – SAP Ecosystem)

Location: UK or Ireland (Remote-first, with some travel)

To support this growth, we are hiring a VP of Growth and Strategy to develop and execute a lean, high-impact growth plan focusing on pipeline generation, brand presence, and strategic partnerships across North America.

Your Mission: You will be the commercial engine behind our international growth. Working directly with the CEO, you will lead a focused growth agenda with the autonomy to shape and deliver results. This is a high-trust, hands-on role—while you won't inherit a large team, you will have a generous execution budget and access to SEO agencies, copywriters, and industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the North American growth strategy: messaging, channels, partnerships
• Build and drive a sustainable marketing and inbound funnel
• Craft positioning that reflects our public cloud retail specialization
• Work with delivery and sales leaders to translate pipeline into deals
• Manage a lean budget of approximately £200k for outsourced execution and tools
