Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of IPB AI/ML use cases from problem framing to production services.
• Lead engineering builds of agentic AI and LLM-powered products.
• Set engineering quality bar through design reviews and peer pairing.
• Establish Responsible AI controls in production (guardrails, observability, risk controls).
• Partner with IPB business stakeholders to surface AI/ML opportunities and fund them.
• Represent AIML in governance forums; ensure regulatory and data privacy considerations.
• Contribute to GenAI education and mentor junior engineers.
• Champion diversity and inclusion within the team.
