Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is forming a Markets Treasury function in London. The Markets Treasury Manager will bridge Corporate Treasury (TCIO) with the Markets business, guiding balance sheet use, capital, liquidity and leverage to optimize profitability.

You will collaborate with EMEA trading desks, stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver on data-driven treasury initiatives and analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid related industry experience in Trading, Financial Resource Management, or LOB Treasury roles.
• Experience with derivative pricing, life cycle, XVA pricing, CSA documentation, and optimization (capital/liquidity).
• Strong knowledge in pricing and risk management of financing and cash transactions.
• Understanding Basel III RWA, GSIB, liquidity measures, leverage, and regulatory margins.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on financial resource topics and their business impacts.
• Develop relationships with trading desks to anticipate needs and drivers of resource consumption.
• Partner with trading desks to optimize use of financial resources.
• Analyze profitability of desks across metrics (ROE, liquidity, GSIB).
• Assess effects of regulatory changes and advocate internally.
• Understand competitive landscape and binding resource constraints.
• Explain fund transfer pricing between TCIO and LOB desks.
• Provide treasury guidance on infrastructure services with resource impact.
• Collaborate with Advanced Treasury Analytics to develop new tools.
