Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President level Markets Operations Transformation Program Manager to lead delivery across geographic and regulatory scopes. You will drive cross-functional programs, align with strategy, control costs, ensure regulatory compliance and improve client outcomes through process redesign, data and technology initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sales & Trading, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal & Compliance and Finance to deliver Target State Solutions

Qualifications

Several years of project management / business analysis experience.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills.
Strong data analysis and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Leads, manages and drives execution of key projects across multiple Markets Operations areas.
Shapes and drives governance infrastructure and data-driven analyses for senior leadership.
Manages end-to-end delivery of projects, collaborating with Sales & Trading, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Finance and other functions.
Defines objectives and key results, plans, resource management, and status reporting to senior management.
Leverages digital tools to develop scalable solutions.
Leads problem solving and data-driven decision making including process design and target state modelling.
