Job summary

Nscale is seeking a VP, Market Intelligence to own our view of the data centre market across EMEA. You will be the first contact for third‑party DC capacity, land and power opportunities, reporting to the SVP Development, EMEA.

You will drive expansion strategies, build supplier relationships, and lead a high‑performing market intelligence team while acting as Nscale’s external face in key markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data centre or infrastructure research, market strategy, development or capacity sourcing.
• Proven track record building research/INT capability from scratch.
• Strong network across European data centre operators, developers and capacity providers.

Responsibilities

• Own Nscale's view of the data centre industry and market trends.
• Drive expansion strategy across existing and new markets.
• Build and lead a market intelligence team.
• Maintain relationships with capacity providers and landowners.
• Provide regular market reporting to leadership and the board.
