Job summary

Nscale seeks a Senior Manager to own governance of EMEA data center vendors and drive performance oversight across the region. You will lead the relationship with third-party DC providers, shape SLAs/OLAs, and coordinate with Reliability Engineering and site operations to ensure zero-impact maintenance and reliable service delivery.

You will build a regional team, establish governance cadences, chair joint reviews, and ensure contractual terms are enforceable while optimizing vendor

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building with external vendors and internal teams.
• Experience in vendor governance, SLA/OLA management, and contractual terms.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure and operational governance.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and performance oversight of EMEA data center vendors.
• Establish SLAs/OLAs, QA of vendor performance, and commercial escalations.
• Lead QBRs and ensure alignment between vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate change, incident, and compliance programs with Reliability Engineering and site ops.
• Drive RCA/CAPA processes and ensure robust vendor documentation.
