Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Regional Leader to drive operations across the EMEA region, translating corporate strategy into regional plans and representing EMEA Operations with Executive Leadership, the Board, investors, and key customers.

You will own 24x7 critical operations, implement standards, lead incident management, and partner with GNOC for monitoring. You will define staffing, recruit leaders for new sites, and champion safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven senior operations leadership in multi-site or mission-critical environments.
• Experience delivering site launches and capacity expansion programs.
• Deep understanding of critical environments (electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls) and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations across the EMEA region as senior operational leader.
• Own 24x7 critical operations across current EMEA sites and ensure uptime and SLA performance.
• Define staffing models, recruit and train site leadership for new facilities.
• Drive technical training and ensure teams stay certified and updated on procedures.
• Manage executive relationships with key customers and oversee OpEx/CapEx planning.
