Job description

This is a newly created opportunity for a proven man-manager with significant Loans Operations / Loans Agency experience with a background working in a high-volume and complex facility Commercial Banking environment. The role directly supports the Managing Director, driving the business forward with technology and regulation-based projects, staff leadership, and the relationship management of top tier participants of ultra-high value lending facilities. Previous Quality Assurance and business oversight experience will prove beneficial, overseeing existing business process and re-engineering to ensure regulation and compliance elements are satisfied. You will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience working with origination teams, and across internal compliance, risk and other related business areas, and essentially, proven client management skills, forging excellent relationships with new-to-bank businesses at a very high level.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remotely.
