Nomura is seeking a Vice President in London to lead structuring and documentation workstreams across deals from marketing to closing. You will develop strategies to win mandates and coordinate with outside counsel to ensure robust financing structures.

You will bring a qualified law background with at least 4 years PQE in leveraged finance, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• In-depth understanding of leveraged finance product documentation and structuring.
• Qualified Lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in leveraged finance specifically.
• Secondment experience at a bank or financial institution (optional but valued).
• Proven experience negotiating and drafting core leveraged finance documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structuring and documentation workstreams from marketing to closing.
• Develop structuring and execution strategies to win mandates and respond to grids.
• Coordinate with external counsel on deal documentation and structuring themes.
• Present proposed financing structures and key terms to Credit Committee.
