JPMorgan Chase in London seeks an EMEA Lending Legal - Structured Lending (Markets) Vice-President to review, structure and advise on markets lending and loan trading transactions. Based in London, you will collaborate with business teams, risk and control, and Legal colleagues globally.

You will lead legal documentation, provide risk guidance, and participate in firm-wide initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with LMA-based lending documentation and drafting contracts.
• Adaptability to new transaction structures and lending areas.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage high transaction volume.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Pro-actively support EMEA markets lending transactions including review and negotiation of legal documents.
• Liaise with business and control areas to maintain documentation standards and monitor regulatory developments.
• Share experience with colleagues globally and provide training to the business and Legal teams.
• Participate in Legal and firm-wide projects.
