Nomura is seeking a Vice President in London to lead structuring and documentation workstreams for leveraged finance deal execution from marketing to closing. You will develop strategies, negotiate term sheets and ensure smooth closing in collaboration with internal teams and external counsel.

The role requires at least 4 years PQE in leveraged finance, a law qualification admitted in England and Wales, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• PQE of at least 4 years in leveraged finance.
• Experience negotiating core leveraged finance documents.
• Secondment experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structuring and documentation workstreams within deal execution from marketing to closing.
• Develop structuring and execution strategies to win mandates.
• Assist origination in responding to grids, negotiating term sheets, commitment documentation and SFAs.
• Manage interaction with counsel on a given deal; liaise with outside law firms and counterparts at other banks.
• Present proposed financing structures and key terms to Credit Committee; coordinate with internal functions to ensure smooth closings.
• Support leveraged finance team in financial resource planning with internal stakeholders.
• Represent the team on business change and regulatory initiatives with the ALF COO.
