A successful candidate will have over 10 years in IT operations, including substantive leadership experience.

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise applications and end-user support teams.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cloud technologies.

• Oversee the full application lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, incident resolution.
