Barclays seeks an Intelligence & Investigations Project Manager VP to lead delivery of key projects within the IFC portfolio. You will work with business analysts and stakeholders to define and deliver technical and operating-model solutions, using an agile approach to support management and investigative processes.

You must have extensive project management experience in financial crime, strong stakeholder management, and experience in an international financial institution.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management delivery experience (Financial Crime preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience working in an international financial institution.

Responsabilités

• Manage change projects delivering on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and manage project plans including timelines and resources.
• Communicate with senior management, project teams and partners on progress.
• Lead project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and required skills.
• Manage budgets and create progress reports to track delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
