Barclays seeks an Intelligence & Investigations Project Manager VP to lead the delivery of critical projects within the IFC portfolio. You will work with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver both technical and operating model solutions using an agile approach.

Based in Glasgow or London, you will manage change programmes, drive risk and controls, and mentor teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive project delivery experience, preferably in Financial Crime.
• Proven stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
• Experience working in an international financial institution.

Responsabilités

• Manage change projects delivering on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and resources.
• Communicate with senior management, project teams and external partners.
• Lead project teams and ensure proper resourcing and skills.
• Create progress reports showing delivery against budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training.
