Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London is seeking an Infrastructure & Utilities VP to help coordinate origination and execution across M&A, ECM and DCM for EMEA clients. You will cover client relationships, perform valuation and financial modelling, and develop pitchbooks while working with a cross-border team.

Qualifications

• I&U corporate finance advisory experience.
• Strong execution and deal-structuring capabilities.
• Technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional deal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting wider teams in the I&U coverage effort of key EMEA accounts.
• Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling.
• In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.
• Helping to develop and mentor staff in the team.
