Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Infrastructure Finance team in EMEA. The role spans arranging, debt advisory and infrastructure M&A advisory across transportation, social infrastructure and utilities, with ownership of key workstreams and guidance to juniors.

You will work with senior deal leaders through the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution, while fostering client relationships and delivering high-quality materials for client

Qualifications

• Proven VP-level experience in a bank or comparable financial institution.
• Strong background in project finance or structured finance with product expertise.
• Track record in risk analysis, cashflow modelling, due diligence, and documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including project finance models.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in assessment of opportunities and execution of project finance transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence and documentation.
• Support senior directors in origination activities, client marketing, and sector research.
• Prepare and present high-quality marketing materials for client engagements.
• Lead and assist in preparation of credit applications and internal approvals.
• Manage and oversee the syndication process, drafting information memoranda and coordinating Q&A with syndicate banks.
• Ensure accurate reporting of client financial results through internal systems and support budgeting and planning.
• Assist in ongoing management of portfolio transactions, including waivers and annual reviews.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
