Banco Santander SA, a leading global financial services group, seeks a Vice President in Infrastructure Structured Finance in London. You will lead the execution of debt advisory and lending mandates, shaping strategic financing solutions for infrastructure clients across the UK and Ireland.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive business development while mentoring senior and junior staff in a fast-paced, high-value environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role within Structured Finance.
• Deep knowledge of debt, equity and derivative markets and solutions.
• Demonstrable track record of building productive client relationships.
• Experience in writing proposals and supporting business development activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of new and existing mandates across lending and debt advisory.
• Structure and place debt financing, coordinate due diligence and marketing.
• Manage relationships with key clients and oversee advisory teams.
• Mentor and develop junior staff within the team.
