Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President of HR Data Privacy in London. You will shape privacy strategy within HR, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and local privacy laws.

You will lead data-centric projects, manage data protection risks, and enable trusted data for strategic HR decisions. The role emphasizes data governance, incident management, DPIAs, and governance with Legal, Compliance, and Technology controls, within a culture of data

Qualifications

10+ years in financial services focusing on data privacy.
Proven leadership of privacy operations for workforce data.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex topics.
Privacy-first mindset with risk and controls background.
Detail-oriented; able to work independently under tight timelines.
CIPP or CIPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee HR DSAR intake, triage, response, and closure under UK/EU GDPR.
Lead HR data privacy incidents and global case governance.
Perform DPIAs and LIAs to ensure compliant processing.
Maintain HR's ROPA inventory with accuracy and transparency.
Develop cross-functional guardrails with Legal, Compliance, and Technology Controls.
Engage HR and Risk leadership in executive privacy governance forums.
