Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in HR Data Privacy to lead data protection initiatives across Human Resources and HR/EX Chief Data Office.

You will drive privacy programs, ensure compliance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Cyber teams to embed privacy standards in processes. You will oversee DSAR operations, DPIAs, and ROPA, while guiding executive stakeholders and shaping risk-based decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services focusing on data privacy.
• Proven leadership of privacy operations for workforce data.
• Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and EU GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• DSAR intake, triage, coordination, response, and closure oversight.
• Manage HR data privacy incidents and case governance.
• Conduct DP IAs and LIAs for compliant processing.
• Maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) inventory.
• Develop guardrails with Legal, Compliance, and Cyber teams.
• Engage HR leadership in risk and controls forums in EMEA.
