Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President in HR Data Privacy to drive data-protection initiatives within HR and ensure compliance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Tech controls to embed privacy standards and governance across HR data processing.

Lead cross-functional teams in DPIAs, LIAs, ROPA updates, and executive stakeholder engagement while shaping a culture of data security and risk-aware decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services focusing on data privacy.
• Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and EU GDPR compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• DSAR intake, triage, coordination, response production and closure under UK/EU GDPR.
• Manage HR data privacy incidents and global case governance with risk-based escalation.
